Guardian down for at least an hour, Nov. 8, 2006

The Guardian was down, out of commission, for at least an hour today, beginning some time before 2:58 p.m. and was back up by 3:53 p.m.

The problem was not specific to the Guardian. The server at our hosting supplier, NEIT Solutions, on which the Guardian resides was down.

Sorry for any inconvenience!
