Personal thanks to the community for its tremendous support of the Cleveland Cascade from the Chair of Friends of the Cleveland Cascade. Both Oakland entrants received major grants in the Partners in Preservation San Francisco Bay Area Initiative: the Cleveland Cascade ($50,000) and the Oakland Fox Theater ($75,000). With just five more voting days in the Partners in Preservation competition, the Cleveland Cascade is just above the median — in 12th position out of the field of 25 preservation projects vying for funding in the Partners in Preservation web competition. The Oakland Fox maintains a strong fourth place. You can sign up for a daily reminder-to-vote email.
