Not sure about comparative heights of parking podiums, but building at right is about 22 stories; proposed building is FORTY on top of parking podium.

I don,t want to see another large glass building near the lake,it's bad enough that the catholic "glass hat" is there now.Another tower will over shadow the lake and my beloved "fairyland" why don't they build thier emerald tower at the old navy base -bay views there they can charge more !
