District 3 City Council member Nancy Nadel calls attention to a proposed ordinance proposed that could almost quadruple condo conversions. Although the stated goal of the ordinance is to increase home ownership, Ms. Nadel is concerned that it would displace current renters who could not afford to purchase their condo-converted apartment.
